I’m going to be late. For what duration will the driver wait for me?
Because we recognize that unanticipated events may interfere with your plans, we have given our drivers a maximum amount of time to wait past your scheduled pick-up time without charging you more.
For airport pick-ups, our drivers will wait an extra half hour after your planned arrival time so you can get your belongings, etc. When traveling abroad, we advise scheduling your pick-up time for 30 to 45 minutes after the plane arrives to allow for customs clearance.
When picking up passengers from locations other than the airport, our drivers are permitted to wait up to ten minutes in order to pack the car and head out without being charged extra.
