Payment :
- The credit cards or business accounts of our customers are charged for all bookings.
- You may pay for your triplimoservice.com with any of the main credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
- A tip is not required for any rides.
- Every advertised pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
- Keep in mind that the current exchange rate determines the rates in US dollars, although they are computed in the local currency.
- It is against triplimoservice.com policy for chauffeurs to ask for tips on the company’s behalf.
- A credit card authorization form or credit card imprint is required by triplimoservice.com in order to avoid fraud.

Airports Services:
- For All flights, there is a 1-hour waiting time . Driver will wait in parking lot until receive call from you , when you’re ready to pick up from Curbside.
- Please Call this number ( customer Service ) 858-413-8888 if you are unable to locate your chauffeur .
- If a customer departs without calling 619-413-8888 beforehand, it will be recorded as a NO SHOW and the entire amount will be charged.
- Please enter the flight number so that we can determine the exact time of your departure.

Airports curbs:
Please contact driver number ( in your email ) to arrange for your chauffeur to meet you at curbside.

Waiting Time in your pickup location :
- We have given our drivers a maximum amount of time to wait past your scheduled pick-up time without charging you more.

Hourly Services in our system :

Cancelations your booking :
- The only ways to cancel are via phone or email, so please keep that in mind. Once triplimoservice.com acknowledges your cancellation via email, it will be considered legitimate.
- We provide a flexible cancellation policy for the majority of bookings. If you need to cancel up to 24 hours before your planned pickup time, there will be no penalty. Cancellation policies for individual services or events may vary.

No Show in your pickup location :
- When a client fails to appear at the prearranged pickup location for point-to-point transfers or hourly services, a fee equal to the fare, gratuity, and wait time will be charged.
- If you are having difficulty locating your chauffeur, please contact our toll-free number 858-413-8888, and our dispatcher will assist you. A client who leaves without informing the company without communicating with the company will be considered a No Show (FULL CHARGE).

Liability and Additional Occurrences Agreement :
- We kindly request that the customer refrain from smoking in our cars.
- Ensuring that no illegal drugs are taken into our cars is the client’s responsibility.
- In our cars, alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Client acknowledges and agrees not to exceed the maximum capacity of the vehicle.
- The chauffeur has the authority to end the arrangement at any time without giving a reason if your group is disrespectful.
- An extra $250.00 (maintenance fee) will be charged to anybody who becomes sick while riding in one of our cars.
- The right to deduct a minimum of $250.00 is reserved by triplimoservice.com in the event that a vehicle needs cleaning or has damage beyond what is considered normal wear and tear.

Please note :
- We will not be held responsible for any delays, service interruptions, damages, or hazards caused by war, quarantine, perils of navigation, bad weather, dangerous road conditions, accidents, breakdowns, public enemies, strikes, riots, authorities of laws, public enemies, or any other event beyond our control.
- The triplimoservice.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Before you go on your trip, double-check that you have packed all of your personal possessions.
- We do not accept any bookings made directly with the driver, regardless of how far in the future they may be. Get in touch with the office at 1-619-715.6600 if you’d like to plan a future trip.
